The mobile view breaks
Overflow, cramped tap targets and unreadable type on the pages people actually land on.
September founding-client offer
A focused sprint that improves the highest-priority issues affecting mobile usability, enquiries and customer trust. Fixed scope, fixed price, no rebuild required.

Who it's for
A redesign is a large commitment of budget, time and decisions. Often the enquiries a business is missing come from a small number of specific, fixable problems on the website it already owns.
Overflow, cramped tap targets and unreadable type on the pages people actually land on.
Buried contact details, a form that fails quietly, or no obvious next step on the page.
Heavy images and shifting layouts that quietly undercut trust before anyone reads a word.
September founding-client offer
Up to five agreed improvements within one primary enquiry journey and the confirmed project scope.
September rate
NZ$690
Fixed price, confirmed in writing before work begins.
What we can improve
Examples of what a sprint commonly covers. Your improvements are chosen and agreed with you after the website review — not everything listed is included by default.
Layout, spacing and tap targets on the pages that carry the most traffic.
Making one primary path to contact obvious, working and easy to complete.
Oversized images, render-blocking assets and the most obvious layout shift.
Tightening headings and key copy so visitors quickly understand what you offer.
Consistent contact details, clear service information and tidy presentation.
Broken links, missing metadata and small accessibility fixes we can safely make.
Around 20 minutes. We look at your site and tell you honestly what's worth fixing first.
You approve the specific improvements in writing. Nothing starts before that.
We make the agreed changes and test them across mobile and desktop.
A written summary of what changed, plus one round of revisions within scope.
We work with most common setups, including static sites, WordPress, Shopify and structured CMS implementations such as Sanity.
If your platform, hosting or theme makes safe changes impractical, we'll tell you at the review stage — before anything is agreed and before you pay anything.
Not every platform can be supported, and not every performance or SEO issue can be resolved inside a sprint. The review exists to establish that honestly, before you commit.
Short, scheduled and predictable. You'll know when we need you and when we don't.
Why Softblue

Softblue is founder-led, so the person who reviews your website is the person who does the work.
The review comes first. We propose the improvements we think will make the most difference, you confirm the list, and that list becomes the scope.
That's fine, and we'll say so. The sprint is a ceiling on scope, not a quota you have to fill.
We can fix SEO foundations such as metadata, structure and speed basics. We don't guarantee rankings, and a sprint is not an SEO campaign.
Access to the site, a decision on the agreed scope, and a review at the end. Expect to spend under an hour of your time in total.
Nothing automatically. There's no retainer and no lock-in. If further work makes sense we'll scope it separately.
Yes. If a sprint isn't the right answer for your site, we'll tell you that instead of selling you one.
Send us your website and we'll tell you what we'd prioritise. If a sprint isn't the right answer, you'll get that answer too.
The initial website review is free, with no obligation to proceed. Two September project slots are available.
Some websites are being held back by their underlying platform, structure or accumulated technical debt. If targeted improvements would not solve the real problem, we'll explain why and recommend a redesign or rebuild instead.
Next step
Tell us a little about your site. We'll review it and come back with what we'd prioritise — and whether a sprint is the right fit at all.
